Full technical requirements are in the downloadable file.
The stand design (plan, elevations, materials, height and electrical load) is submitted by 11 March 2027. The technical team reviews it and sends an approval or a request for changes.
Build-up takes place on 18–21 April and dismantling on 26 April. Your contractor list and entry badges are approved in advance.
Electricity, internet, cleaning and medical services are provided by Baku Expo Center. Extra power and lines are ordered in advance.
Badges for the stand team are ordered in the exhibitor portal. Visitors enter with a QR ticket.
For international exhibitors, shipping of exhibits and customs clearance are coordinated.
The exhibitor team helps with hotel booking, airport welcome and transfer.
An exhibitor service desk operates in the hall from build-up to dismantling.
